About me

After competing internationally in triathlon and swimming, I know what it takes to become a top athlete, however after a series of injuries I’m now in a position to offer my skills as a triathlon coach to clients. Whether your goal is to get in shape or training for a specific event, feel free to contact me or grab me in the gym – I’m always happy to chat.
